WST5 Weight Indicator

The WST5 weight indicator is available in three versions to accommodate different connectivity requirements: Analog output, RS485 (Modbus RTU), and Profinet.

 

Core specifications:

  • Power supply: 24V DC
  • Excitation voltage: 4V
  • Load cell support: Up to 4×350Ω in parallel
  • Input range: ±7.6 mV
  • Internal resolution: 24-bit
  • Display: 6-digit LED
  • Operating temperature: -10°C to +50°C

 

Standard features across all versions:

  • Data logger: 1,000 measurements, 60,000 total records
  • Peak and hold functions
  • Dual set points with hysteresis
  • Load cell cable interruption detection
  • RS232 serial port (all versions)
  • USB-C configuration port
  • 2 digital inputs, 2 relay outputs

 

Version-specific outputs:

  • Analog version: ±10V, ±5V, 0-20mA, or 4-20mA
  • RS485 version: Modbus RTU, half-duplex
  • Profinet version: Profinet RT with RJ45, 128 bytes each direction

 

Configuration is performed using the included Optimation software via USB-C connection.
